Pasta de algas/Seaweed Pâté

INGREDIENTES INGREDIENTS

3 colheres de sopa de choucroute  3 tablespoon of choucroute

15g de erva-patinha seca inteira 15g whole dried nori seaweedAlgas_Patê_Erva-patiha_Tok-de-Mar

1/2 cebola roxa pequena 1/2 small purple onion

1 colher de sopa de sumo de limão 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

2 colheres de sopa de azeite 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Pimenta, oregãos, manjericão seco e tomilho fresco Pepper, oregano, dried basil and fresh thyme

PREPARAÇÃO PREPARATION

Hidrate a alga erva-patinha em água durante cerca 5 minutos e esprema bem para retirar o excesso de água. Hydrate the nori seaweed in water for about 5 minutes and squeeze well to take of the water.

Coloque todos os ingredientes no liquidificador. Triture até obter uma mistura homogénea. Rectifique os temperos a gosto, se necessário. Put all the ingridients in the blender. Grind to a homogeneous mix. Rectify the spices if needed.

Sirva com tostas ou torradas. Serve it with rusks or toasts.
